We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the website’s contact form: name, email address, subject and message. We do not collect payment data, since bookings are managed through external platforms (such as Booking.com or Airbnb) or directly by email/phone.

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry or booking request, and to communicate with you about your stay. We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we never sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

The processing of your data is based on your consent when you submit the contact form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep your data

Data is kept only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, if a booking is made, for the period required by applicable tax and commercial law.
